In June 2004 Dr. Michel D'Hooghe received the title of Honorary Consul of Mexico from the Mexican ambassador Manuel Rodriguez in Bruges.
Dr. Michel D'Hooghe owes this title to his commitment as president of the Accion Diablos Rojos Casa Hogar Foundation and the achievements for the benefit of the population of Toluca and its surroundings.
The RBFA congratulates the Honorary Federal President with this title.
On October 15, 1997 our Honorary President Dr. Michel D'Hooghe already received the " Mexican Order of the Aztec Eagle Award" from the Mexican ambassador in Brussels, in recognition of his ten-year action in Toluca.
